Who can take part

  • You have biopsy-proven prostate cancer that is intermediate or higher risk
  • You have not had any prior “definitive” prostate cancer treatment
  • Scans show no spread to lymph nodes or bones (CT/MRI/PSMA PET, and a bone scan or PSMA PET)
  • Your predicted risk is high enough (at least 15% chance of lymph node involvement by a prostate surgery risk tool)
  • You can have HDR brachytherapy (your care team says it’s a good option for you)
  • Your urine symptoms are not too severe (AUA score below 15)
