Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and able to consent (understand and agree to the study).
  • Your brain surgery is already planned, and you can come to the hospital for it.
  • You will be under general anesthesia (asleep during surgery).
  • Your surgery plan includes neuronavigation (a guidance system used during brain procedures).
  • Your imaging scans after contrast (thin, detailed CT or MRI slices) are available for matching the ultrasound to your tumor.
  • You have no plan for an awake brain surgery.
