- You have a thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm (types I, II, III, IV, or V).
- You also have a pararenal aneurysm.
- Your planned treatment is endovascular repair (through blood vessels), whether elective or urgent.
- Your surgery is specifically an endovascular repair for a thoraco-abdominal aortic condition.
- You are NOT having open surgery (your plan is endovascular, not open repair).
