Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have not had any cancer treatment yet (no prior anti-cancer therapy or radiation, except some fully cured skin/cervix early cases)
  • Your breast cancer is HR-positive, HER2-low, and Ki-67 is over 14% based on lab testing
  • Your scans show no spread to distant organs (M0), and the cancer is not inflammatory
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and your heart/lungs and blood/organ tests are acceptable
