- You are between 18 and 70 years old

- Your breast cancer is HR-positive, HER2-low, and Ki-67 is over 14% based on lab testing
- Your scans show no spread to distant organs (M0), and the cancer is not inflammatory
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and your heart/lungs and blood/organ tests are acceptable
