Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have a recent (acute) traumatic burst fracture from T10 to L3 in your spine
  • You can give informed consent to join the study
  • You do not have nerve damage from the injury (no neurologic impairment in the ranges A to D)
  • Your fracture is not caused by weak bones (not a pathological fracture)
