Who can take part

  • You are over 50 years old
  • You have one or more spine fractures caused by a minor fall (like tripping) confirmed by MRI
  • Your fractures are located in the lower back area (T7 to L5 spine bones)
  • You are willing to follow one of the study treatments (brace, therapy, or a spine procedure)
  • You do not have dementia or memory problems that make it hard to answer questions by phone
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
