Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be ROS1 gene fusion-positive, confirmed by a validated DNA/RNA test on tumor tissue, and it must not be lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • You must be able and willing to do a fresh biopsy at the start (and provide blood samples for research).
  • You must meet size/body and blood/organ health requirements checked with lab tests (different ranges for adults vs children/teens).
  • You need to have safe heart rhythm and heart function: no significant heart failure, recent heart attack/unstable chest pain, major valve problems, or certain QT-interval risks.
  • You must be able to safely take tablets/capsules whole and not have bowel/malabsorption problems that would block absorption.
