Who can take part

  • Be older than 50 years
  • Have had at least one fainting spell in the last 12 months
  • Your fainting cause is unclear after your history, physical exam, and ECG (heart tracing)
  • You can give informed consent and attend routine follow-up visits
  • There is no immediate high risk of death from the fainting cause
