Who can take part
- You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) or a type of B-cell lymphoma (like PMBCL) that has not responded to, or returned after, at least two prior treatments.
- Your cancer cells must have a protein called CD19 (a test can confirm this).
- You are between 1 and 30 years old.
- Your major organs (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) are working well enough, and you have a certain level of blood counts (like white blood cells and platelets).
- You have not had a stem cell transplant recently, or if you did, it's been at least 100 days and you have no active graft-versus-host disease and are off immune-suppressing drugs for at least 30 days.
