Semaglutide study for brain blood flow in type 2 diabetes

Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old
  • You have type 2 diabetes for at least 3 years, and your recent A1C is 7% to 10%
  • Your diabetes is being managed with one or more approved medicines (like insulin, metformin, sulfonylureas, or SGLT2 inhibitors)
  • You can get an MRI (and any needed contrast dye) and you can safely do home glucose checks
  • Your kidney function is not too low (eGFR must be 45 or higher)
