Who can take part
- You have invasive breast cancer confirmed by biopsy (tumor tissue or cells).
- Your diagnosis is stage III inflammatory breast cancer, within the last 6 months.
- Your tumor is HER2-positive or HER2-low (tests like IHC or ISH/FISH determine this).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment (chemo, immunotherapy, targeted therapy) for this inflammatory breast cancer.
- You must be able to get two tumor biopsies—one before treatment and one about 1 week after starting treatment.
- You must meet key health and lab requirements for blood counts, liver/kidney function, and heart function.
