Who can take part
- You have not received systemic (drug) treatment for invasive breast cancer before this study
- Your breast tumor is early-stage and operable, and is larger than 2 cm on exam or scans
- Your cancer is HER2-low (IHC 1+ or 2+; if it’s 2+, a special test must show HER2 is not amplified)
- Your cancer is hormone-receptor positive (ER and/or PR positive)
- Your heart and blood tests are strong enough (heart pumping function is at least 50%, and blood counts are within required ranges)
