Who can take part
- You are age 55 or older when you consent
- You had an ischemic stroke (a type of stroke) and the cause is still unclear
- You will be followed at the Emory Stroke Clinic after you leave the hospital
- Your doctor has prescribed extended heart monitoring (a longer heart rhythm check)
- You (or your legal representative/caregiver) can understand English and learn how to use and recharge the study wrist device
