Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older with confirmed metastatic liver cancer seen on a CT or MRI liver scan (with contrast), or blood tumor marker support if biopsy is not done.
- Your health status is good (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can carry out most daily activities.
- Your cancer has measurable target spots in the liver on a recent CT/MRI scan done within 28 days before starting immunotherapy.
- You can receive both the immune checkpoint inhibitor (immunotherapy) and the yttrium-90 radiation injection.
- Your blood and liver/kidney labs are strong enough for treatment (including certain minimum blood counts and acceptable bilirubin/AST/ALT and kidney function).
- You can give written consent and meet heart rhythm (ECG) safety requirements and overall medical safety checks.
