Who can take part

  • You have kidney failure that is long-term (end-stage renal disease) and you are already on dialysis
  • You have been on regular hemodialysis for more than 90 days
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You receive hemodialysis three times per week
  • Your hemoglobin level is 8.0 g/dL or higher (a blood count measure)
