  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have end-stage renal disease (kidney failure) and have been on maintenance dialysis for at least 3 months
  • You receive dialysis three times a week
  • You do not have acute kidney injury (sudden kidney failure)
  • You do not have severe COPD (a serious lung disease)
