Test two hormone treatment combinations for metastatic breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 19 or older.
  • Your breast cancer has spread (metastatic) or is locally advanced and is hormone-receptor positive and HER2 negative.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or hormone (endocrine) treatment for metastatic/advanced breast cancer before.
  • You must not have used a CDK4/6 inhibitor before, and you must not have previously used fulvestrant or similar estrogen-targeting drugs (SERDs).
  • Your body-blood and organ tests must meet limits (for example: enough white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin; and acceptable kidney, liver, and bilirubin levels).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for at least 6 months after stopping treatment; you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
