Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer has come back or spread and cannot be removed by surgery or cured with radiation.
- You have not had any prior treatment for advanced breast cancer.
- You are in good enough health to be active and care for yourself (ECOG 0-1).
- Your blood counts and organ function meet certain minimum levels.
