Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old and sign informed consent to join the study
- Have lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or is locally advanced, confirmed by tumor testing
- Have an EGFR mutation (common “sensitive” EGFR changes) and cancer that grew again during prior EGFR-targeted treatment
- Have measurable tumor lesions on scans and be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
- Have recent required blood tests, heart tests, liver/kidney tests, and enough bone marrow function (per the lab cutoffs)
- Provide tumor tissue (or blood) samples showing MET level and tests showing EGFR T790M status, and allow PD-L1 testing for study grouping
