Who can take part
- Your ALL relapse must be your first recurrence and include bone marrow involvement (other relapse sites are allowed too).
- You must be diagnosed with precursor ALL (either B-ALL or T-ALL), and for B-ALL the cells must meet the study’s marrow/blast criteria.
- You have not had an allogeneic stem cell transplant before.
- You have not received blinatumomab before.
- Your kidney, liver, and heart function must be strong enough for treatment based on lab tests and an ultrasound of the heart.
- You must be able to do study visits and procedures, with doctor approval, and sign consent/assent.
