Who can take part

  • You must be age 1 to under 31 when you start the study.
  • You must have first relapse of CD19-positive B-ALL (the leukemia cells still show CD19).
  • Your relapse must be in certain places, like bone marrow, the brain/spinal fluid (CNS) or testicles, with specific exclusions.
  • You must be able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2).
  • You must have fully recovered from side effects of prior cancer treatments and have not had a bone marrow transplant before.
  • Your kidneys and heart must work well enough for study treatment.
