Who can take part
- You’re at least 20 years old and have chest pain (angina) and/or signs that your heart muscle isn’t getting enough blood (ischemia).
- You have a new (de novo) significant narrowing in the left main coronary artery (about 50% or more), and doctors think a stent is possible.
- Your case can be measured with the FFR pressure test (the blood vessels aren’t too blocked by total blockage, extreme calcium, or twisting for the measurement).
- You can take the needed blood thinners, including aspirin and a P2Y12 inhibitor like clopidogrel or ticagrelor (or you can’t have a reason you’re unable).
- You agree to follow the study plan and come to scheduled follow-up visits, with written consent.
