Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and able to give informed consent
- Your performance status is ECOG 2 or less (a measure of how well you can do daily activities)
- You have metastatic cancer (any solid tumor) that a radiation specialist says is appropriate for SBRT
- You plan to stay on the same cancer medicine for at least 2 months before SBRT
- You must be able to get daily PET scans after SBRT as required by the study
