Who can take part

  • You’re at least 18 years old and agree to join the study in writing
  • Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • You have advanced, unresectable cancer that’s either not responding to standard treatment or no standard option exists
  • You can provide a tumor sample (biopsy) and are willing to give tissue during the study
  • There is at least one measurable tumor spot (for the Phase 2 part), and it cannot be injected or biopsied during the study
  • Your body functions are adequate (bone marrow, kidneys, liver) based on blood tests and you have enough heart/lung health
