Who can take part
- You’re age 50 or older.
- You care (unpaid) for a household member age 50+ with heart failure, and they are Class II, III, or IV.
- You’ve provided at least 8 hours per week of unpaid care for the last 3 months.
- You can do planned exercise like walking and upper-body strength exercises.
- You do less than 30 minutes of moderate exercise on fewer than 3 days per week.
- You have a smartphone and can read/understand basic English and be reached by phone, text, and email.
