  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure, especially with a weak pumping heart.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your heart failure symptoms are mild to moderate (classes I, II, or III).
  • You have no major physical limitations that keep you from walking or exercising.
  • You own a smartphone that can run the study app.
