Who can take part
- You are 18 to 45 years old.
- You have a kidney artery narrowing of at least 60% in at least one side.
- You have hypertension (blood pressure at least 140/90, or you’re being treated for it).
- Your kidney function is not severely reduced (eGFR above 30, and the kidney is big enough—at least 7 cm).
- You can follow the study plan and agree to participate (written informed consent).
