Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 to 60.
  • You have bipolar disorder or schizophrenia and it is currently stable/remission, and you can cooperate with study tasks.
  • You take at least one medicine for these conditions (like lithium or valproate or lamotrigine).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is at least 24, and you agree to use the app and smart scales to lose weight.
  • You can use a smartphone and understand the scale instructions (at least a primary school level).
