Who can take part

  • You have severe keratoconus or severe post-LASIK corneal thinning
  • You are trying to avoid corneal transplant surgery in the affected eye
  • You are 18 to under 80 years old and expected to live at least 2 years
  • You can follow the study schedule and attend all study visits, and you agree in writing
  • Stop contact lenses ahead of surgery: 1 week for soft lenses, 2 weeks for hard lenses
  • You cannot have certain eye problems that could interfere with surgery (like prior corneal transplant or corneal implant)
