Who can take part

  • You are a Veteran
  • Your COVID-19 was more than 90 days ago
  • You have either: two of these—high blood pressure, diabetes, heart/circulation disease, chronic kidney disease, or chronic lung disease—or one of them plus a BMI over 30
  • You are not doing structured exercise more than 3 times per week already
  • You do not have recent major heart problems (like a heart attack in the last 3 months)
