Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18–70
- Your breast cancer was confirmed HER2-positive on testing (IHC 3+ or FISH/CISH positive)
- Your surgery removed the tumor completely, with no remaining visible or microscopic cancer, and pathology is early stage with lymph nodes involved (N1–N3, M0)
- You have not had chemotherapy (or other cancer treatment like radiation or hormone therapy) before starting this trial
- It has been no more than 8 weeks since surgery, and you did not receive any treatment after surgery yet
- Your heart pumping function is adequate (LVEF greater than 50%) and blood counts/organ tests are within limits
