Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your breast cancer was stage IA, meaning the tumor was 2 cm or smaller and did not spread to lymph nodes.
  • Your cancer is HER2-positive (3+ by IHC or FISH/CISH positive).
  • It has been no more than 8 weeks since your breast cancer surgery.
  • You have normal heart, blood, liver, and kidney function.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation, or hormone therapy before surgery.
