Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 88 years old
  • You are getting a pacemaker placed using left bundle branch area pacing
  • You have not had a heart attack (MI) in the past 3 months
  • You have not had a heart procedure to open clogged heart arteries (percutaneous coronary revascularization) in the past 2 weeks
  • You have not had open-heart surgery (like bypass or valve surgery) in the past 1 month
  • You are not currently very sick or unstable, unless your situation still allows a planned permanent pacemaker
