Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to sign informed consent.
- Have lung cancer confirmed by biopsy/scan (NSCLC or extensive small-cell lung cancer).
- Your cancer must have been treated with anti–PD-1/PD-L1 therapy before, and then the disease must have progressed or come back (or fit the specific NSCLC “no driver gene mutation” PD-L1 requirements).
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot that doctors can track over time.
- Be in overall good condition (ECOG performance status 0–1) and expected to live more than 3 months.
