Scan test to find CD46-positive multiple myeloma lesions

Who can take part

  • You must be an adult (age 18 or older) with confirmed multiple myeloma
  • Your PET/CT or PET/MRI scan must show at least one myeloma lesion that looks “hot” (brighter than the liver)
  • You must have acceptable liver blood tests: bilirubin, AST, and ALT below set limits
  • You must have acceptable kidney function (creatinine clearance at least 30 mL/min or creatinine not too high)
  • You must be able to read and sign the informed consent form
