Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You previously had laryngeal or hypopharyngeal cancer that was in-situ or invasive (not spread to distant organs)
- You finished treatment with the goal to cure (not just control the disease)
- At enrollment, your ENT doctor confirms you are in complete remission using a throat/larynx scope
- Your last cancer treatment was 6 to 30 months ago, and you are expected to keep living at least 6 months
- You can sign consent and follow study steps, including using German or French
