Who can take part

  • You’re 19 years or older and can sign informed consent.
  • Your cancer is metastatic or locally advanced HER2-low gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma (HER2 is low on lab testing).
  • Your cancer got worse after your first palliative treatment (some past chemo counts as first-line if it came back within 6 months).
  • You can have scans/assessments showing measurable or evaluable disease, and your overall function score is ECOG 0–1.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (heart, kidneys, liver, etc.) must meet required minimums, including heart strength (LVEF ≥ 50%).
  • You must be able to wait a set time after prior surgery, radiation, or cancer treatment before starting this trial.
