Who can take part
- You have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation that causes symptoms.
- Your symptoms did not improve enough with one or more antiarrhythmic (rhythm) medications.
- You are willing to have a catheter ablation procedure for atrial fibrillation.
- You are between 40 and 75 years old.
- You have never had prior catheter ablation for any heart rhythm problem.
- You have not had thoracic (chest) or heart surgery before.
