Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and in good general health (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer that is stage T2 to T4 (tumor size at least 2 cm or more) and may have spread to lymph nodes but not to other parts of the body (M0).
  • You have not received any prior chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or targeted therapy for this breast cancer.
  • You do not have another active cancer, uncontrolled heart problems, or a history of allergic reactions to the study drugs.
  • Your heart function is normal (LVEF 50% or higher) and your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges.
