- You have a heart artery blockage that is moderately to severely calcified
- The stent placed earlier is not fully expanding (more than 20% under-expansion)
- Prior attempts to prepare the blockage failed using either a non-shock (NC) balloon or an atherectomy device
- You are able and willing to give consent to take part
- You are not currently pregnant
