Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a narrow or blocked artery in your heart that needs a stent, and the blockage has moderate or heavy calcium buildup.
- The blockage is in a heart artery that hasn't been treated before, and it is short enough (4 cm or less) for the study device to reach.
- Your heart function is fairly good (ejection fraction is 40% or higher), and you do not have severe heart failure.
- You do not have a bleeding disorder or very low blood counts, and your blood pressure is controlled.
