Who can take part
- Be age 40 or older
- Have at least 50% narrowing of one brain artery or one neck (carotid) artery
- Be able and willing to do thinking tests and attend follow-up visits
- Have no major vision/hearing/communication problems that would block testing
- Be able to safely eat the ORIENT diet foods (no allergies to nuts, berries, olive oil, or fish)
