Who can take part

  • Be between 55 and 80 years old
  • Have confirmed narrowing (50–99%) of a brain artery on imaging (MRA, CTA, or DSA)
  • Have mild cognitive complaints but no dementia diagnosis, with MMSE score of 24 or higher
  • Be comfortable using smartphones or tablets for digital brain training
  • Be willing to take maximum-dose statin and PCSK9 inhibitor medications for the study duration
  • Be able to undergo MRI scans and neuropsychological testing
