Who can take part
- Be between 55 and 80 years old
- Have confirmed narrowing (50–99%) of a brain artery on imaging (MRA, CTA, or DSA)
- Have mild cognitive complaints but no dementia diagnosis, with MMSE score of 24 or higher
- Be comfortable using smartphones or tablets for digital brain training
- Be willing to take maximum-dose statin and PCSK9 inhibitor medications for the study duration
- Be able to undergo MRI scans and neuropsychological testing
