Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that shows the GPC3 protein
  • You are expected to live at least 12 weeks
  • Your liver function is in an acceptable range (Child-Pugh score under 7)
  • Your heart, lung, liver, and kidney function meet safety limits
  • Your own immune cells can be collected and made into CAR T cells that strongly target GPC3 (at least 20% GPC3 CAR by testing)
  • You have not had gene therapy before and you can understand and sign consent
