Who can take part

  • You have newly diagnosed, high-risk prostate cancer that has not spread (non-metastatic)
  • Your cancer stage is high-risk based on scans and/or a rectal exam (TNM T3a to T3b, N0, M0)
  • Your tumor grade is high (ISUP grade 4 or higher) and/or your PSA at diagnosis is over 20
  • You can safely have either surgery (RARP) or radiation (EBRT), and your health is generally good (WHO performance status 0–1)
  • You live in the Netherlands and can read and understand Dutch
  • Your diagnosis is prostate adenocarcinoma (not another prostate cancer type)
