Who can take part
- You are scheduled to have an invasive right-heart catheter test (a thin tube into the heart/lung blood vessels).
- You have symptoms from one of these: heart failure with normal pumping (HFpEF) or reduced pumping (HFrEF), or significant mitral/aortic valve disease.
- You must be able and willing to get an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) with good image quality.
- You do not have pulmonary hypertension from the wrong causes (not Group 1, 3, 4, or 5).
- You should not be on lung-specific blood pressure medications for pulmonary hypertension.
