  • You use a wheelchair for getting around
  • You can do the rowing motion using your arms
  • You can hold the rower handle firmly (with or without grip assist straps)
  • You have been cleared to exercise by a health questionnaire or a doctor
  • You do not currently have pressure sores (wounds from sitting/pressure)
