Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 80 years old
- Your latest heart ultrasound shows weak pumping (left ventricular ejection fraction under 50%) within 30 days
- You have long-lasting heart failure (more than 6 months) despite usual supportive treatments
- Your blood tests show heart stress/injury markers above study thresholds (hs-troponin I and NT-proBNP)
- You’ve had confirmed fulminant myocarditis in the past, and an endomyocardial biopsy confirmed chronic inflammatory cardiomyopathy
- You’re able to take study medicines and give informed consent (and you’re not pregnant or breastfeeding)
