Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Confirmed diagnosis of a pancreatic cyst (like IPMN) at least 2 cm across, or a Grade I neuroendocrine tumor at least 1 cm across
- Not a surgical candidate due to age, liver disease, obesity, heart/lung problems, or your choice
- Expected to live at least 1 year
- Able to undergo general anesthesia safely
- Negative pregnancy test on treatment day (if applicable)
