  • You have type 2 diabetes and also have diagnosed high blood pressure.
  • Your doctor has you scheduled to take Trudapa Tab or Trudapa M SR Tab.
  • You agree to sign written paperwork to join the study.
  • You can understand the study and are willing to follow study visits and continue through the full study.
  • You have not taken dapagliflozin in the last 4 weeks before the first study visit.
